Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), Egypt's leading real estate developer, is looking for a motivated Accountant to join its finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for accounting graduates to start their career in one of the largest corporate environments in the Middle East.
Role Overview
As an Accountant at TMG, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions related to mall tenants, tracking collections, and ensuring accurate reporting within the SAP system. This role provides excellent exposure to real estate accounting and property management finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing: Assist in issuing monthly and quarterly invoices for rent, service charges, and marketing fees.
- Accounts Receivable: Monitor tenant payments, ensure timely collections, and report overdue balances to the Property Manager.
- Deposit Management: Track and reconcile tenant security deposits and letters of guarantee.
- SAP Integration: Record daily collections and vendor payments accurately into the SAP FI module.
- Data Archiving: Maintain an organized digital archive of lease contracts and technical addendums.
- Budget Monitoring: Track departmental expenses against approved budgets and report variances.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome! (An internship in an Accounting Department is preferred).
- Technical Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
