TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt is looking for a highly analytical and experienced Senior Financial Controller Supervisor to join its dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for finance professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at transforming data into strategic insights.
Role Overview
As a Senior Financial Controller Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing complex financial dashboards, overseeing budget preparations, and providing critical analysis to shareholders and local management. You will play a key role in ensuring financial integrity and supporting the bank's long-term planning (LTP).
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly dashboards (P&L, Investment, and WCR) with detailed commentary against budgets and previous years.
- Budgeting & Planning: Participate in yearly budget preparation, ER, and LTP, including high-level presentations for the Head Office.
- Investment Tracking: Follow up on investment liquidation by project through monthly management meetings.
- Margin Analysis: Control and analyze margins for fuel and non-fuel activities (Network, Aviation, Lubricants, etc.).
- Operational Support: Support month-end closures, manage fixed cost accruals, and validate purchase requisitions via SAP.
- Data Integrity: Manage customer master data and technical pricing conditions to ensure accurate reporting.
- Compliance: Strictly implement Anti-corruption, Antitrust, and HSE policies (12 Golden Rules).
Candidate Profile
- Education: BSc or MSc in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA is a major plus).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial supervisory role.
- Technical Skills: * Expertise in Power BI (Data modeling & Dashboards).
Strong background in statistical analysis.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, decision-making, and the ability to explain complex financial plans to management.
