This opportunity is positioned as a paid rotational training programme designed to fast-track high-potential talent into impactful roles within global logistics operations.
Who Should Apply
This programme is suitable for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 5 years of experience
- Fluent in English (B2–C1+)
- Motivated to learn quickly, grow professionally, and earn in USD
- Available to work U.S. hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Cairo time
Programme Benefits

Placement Tracks After Rotational Training
Following successful completion of the rotational phase, candidates may be placed in one of the following tracks:
- Fleet Coordinators (The Orchestrators): Managing quality checks, repair payments, and maintenance tracking
- Safety Team (The Guardians): Ensuring compliance and safeguarding company operations
- Recruitment Team (The Hunters): Sourcing high-quality drivers for the U.S. fleet
- HR Team (The Facilitators): Coordinating driver documentation and onboarding on company systems
- Updaters (The Informants): Tracking shipments and maintaining operational updates

- Work Mode: Work from office only
- Schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Cairo Time)
- Work Days: 5.5 working days (3 days off across 2 work weeks)
- Languages: English required; Turkish or Russian is a plus
