The Talent Acquisition Intern role supports the recruitment function through essential administrative tasks, candidate communication, and operational support. You’ll also handle reference checks, manage “Refer a Friend” applications, and contribute to 360° hiring activities when needed, ensuring a streamlined and efficient recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

Assist with creating and posting job advertisements across platforms while maintaining messaging consistency and branding
Support interview scheduling and coordination between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment journey
Keep accurate and updated data within the ATS, including profiles, feedback, and status updates
Prepare and organise documents needed for job offer approvals
Coordinate pre-employment screening steps (background checks, reference checks) and report findings
Support drafting of offer letters via Bamboo while ensuring accuracy
Manage and process applications through the “Refer a Friend” program, keeping communication smooth for both referrers and candidates
Assist in coordinating recruitment events such as job fairs and career expos (logistics + promotional materials)
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
