Reckitt is offering an exciting opportunity for a Quality Graduate Trainee in Egypt & North Africa.
If you’re a science-driven graduate eager to ensure quality excellence in world-class products, this role is your gateway to an international career in R&D.
You’ll play a vital role in supporting product quality, leading investigations, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with Reckitt’s global standards — while contributing directly to consumer safety and brand integrity.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Issue and maintain quality documentation (SOPs, batch records, etc.)
- Lead quality investigations and follow up on CAPA actions
- Manage change control and issue technical reports
- Ensure third-party compliance with regulatory and Reckitt standards
- Conduct self-inspection audits and readiness checks
- Oversee training system compliance and performance reporting
- Collaborate with Procurement and Operations to resolve third-party issues
🎓 Who Can Apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Chemistry
- Solid understanding of Quality Control (QC) and Manufacturing Operations
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
