Learner Onboarding & Orientation: Supporting new cohorts in understanding platforms, schedules, and learning paths.
Engagement & Retention: Monitoring learner participation and ensuring active involvement.
Program Administration: Coordinating daily operations of learning initiatives.
Logistics Management: Organizing training sessions and schedules.
Communication Support: Managing updates, reminders, and follow-ups with learners and vendors.
Tracking & Reporting: Maintaining attendance, feedback, and progress reports.
Vendor & Partner Coordination: Working with training providers and academic partners.
Learner Support: Acting as the first point of contact for technical and learning queries.
