Introduction

This is a 6-month paid internship designed for highly motivated fresh graduates and early career professionals to gain first-hand experience in financial modeling, transaction execution, and market research within Egypt’s top-tier investment bank.

Key Responsibilities

As an Analyst Intern, you will:

Conduct in-depth company and industry research relevant to transactions or pitches.
Analyze macro-economic indicators for target markets.
Develop and update financial models reflecting operational and financial dynamics.
Research and compile data on comparable companies and prepare multiples sheets (trading & precedent transactions).
Support the preparation of presentations and transaction documents.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and contribute to deal execution.
Ensure compliance with AML/CTF regulations, training, and inquiries.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering (CFA Level 1 preferred).
0–2 years’ experience in Corporate Finance or Research.
Strong financial modeling, analytical & numerical skills.
Excellent Excel, writing, and presentation skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
