💼 Responsibilities
During this internship, you’ll:
- Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, meetings, and social functions.
- Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, catering, transportation, and materials.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain event-related documentation (contracts, schedules, guest lists, etc.).
- Support on-site events — handle registration, guest assistance, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in post-event evaluations and reporting.
- Help manage promotional and social media activities related to events.
