Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads generated from the company website, social media ads, and marketing campaigns with urgency and enthusiasm.
- Welcome walk-in customers with the professionalism of a concierge and the sharpness of a deal closer.
- Match customers’ needs to our vehicle lineup with precision and insight.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships through regular follow-ups, upselling services, and ensuring an unforgettable buying experience.
- Deliver persuasive product presentations and test drives that win hearts (and wallets).
- Hit — and aim to obliterate — monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor vehicles, and financing options.
- Ensure all sales documentation and CRM entries are accurate and timely.
What We’re Looking For:
- From 1 to 2 years in retail automotive sales, OR a proven record in retail sales with a fast learning curve.
- A strong closer with lead management experience — CRM tools are second nature to you.
- Polished communication skills — you know how to talk to customers, not at them.
- Self-starter attitude with a serious competitive edge.
- Comfortable juggling multiple leads, follow-ups, and showroom traffic without breaking a sweat.
- Professional appearance and a genuine love for customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work.
