This is a high-energy, customer-focused sales career where you’ll work warm leads from our website, social media channels, and marketing campaigns — not just cold calls. You’ll be given the tools, the brand power, and the training — all you need to bring is your hustle and your hunger.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound leads generated from the company website, social media ads, and marketing campaigns with urgency and enthusiasm.
  • Welcome walk-in customers with the professionalism of a concierge and the sharpness of a deal closer.
  • Match customers’ needs to our vehicle lineup with precision and insight.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships through regular follow-ups, upselling services, and ensuring an unforgettable buying experience.
  • Deliver persuasive product presentations and test drives that win hearts (and wallets).
  • Hit — and aim to obliterate — monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor vehicles, and financing options.
  • Ensure all sales documentation and CRM entries are accurate and timely.

What We’re Looking For:

  • From 1 to 2 years in retail automotive sales, OR a proven record in retail sales with a fast learning curve.
  • A strong closer with lead management experience — CRM tools are second nature to you.
  • Polished communication skills — you know how to talk to customers, not at them.
  • Self-starter attitude with a serious competitive edge.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple leads, follow-ups, and showroom traffic without breaking a sweat.
  • Professional appearance and a genuine love for customer service.
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work.
