✨ About the Role:
As an After-Sales Engineer at Alpha International, you’ll be the bridge between cutting-edge food processing technology and customer satisfaction.
You’ll be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and ensuring our clients' machines are running at peak performance.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on a variety of food processing machines.
- Carry out machine servicing and installation at customer sites.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle after-sales support, technical consultations, and market feedback professionally.
- Collaborate closely with the internal sales and technical teams.
- Actively participate in field visits when needed, while also managing inside customer support activities.
🎯 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in the sales, maintenance, or servicing of food processing machines.
- Strong technical expertise in machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- High attention to detail, organized, and strong in customer follow-up.
- Ability to work independently and also shine within a dynamic team.
- Proactive attitude and strong market presence.
