Program Overview: The Discover Journey

The Discover Graduate Program is a 2-year career accelerator. In the HR Transformation track, you will work at the intersection of Talent, Technology, and Transformation, supporting strategic programmes that simplify and drive growth across Vodafone’s global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support: Developing high-level presentations, reports, and communication materials for global HR initiatives.
Project Governance: Maintaining trackers, project documentation, and RAID logs to ensure timely updates.
KPI Tracking: Contributing to the consolidation of half-year and year-end achievements and performance reporting.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborating with internal teams and senior HR leaders to gather inputs for transformation activities.
Workshop Management: Planning agendas and capturing action points for international meetings and workshops.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Fresh Graduates, preferably with a background in Business or Communications.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel are crucial).
Communication: Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills in English.
