TikTok, the world's leading destination for short-form mobile video, is expanding its LIVE Operations team in Egypt. They are currently seeking a high-caliber LIVE Partner Growth & Incubation Manager to be based in their Cairo office. This role is pivotal in building a scalable and high-performing TikTok LIVE ecosystem by incubating agencies, MCNs, and creator communities.
Role Overview
This position combines business development with agency incubation. You will be responsible for expanding the local agency ecosystem, driving monetization success, and scaling partners through data-driven execution and content innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Development: Identifying and onboarding high-potential agencies and MCNs (Multi-Channel Networks) to grow the TikTok LIVE footprint in Egypt.
- Agency Incubation: Designing and executing programs for agency education, creator recruitment, and monetization acceleration.
- Performance Analytics: Tracking and analyzing metrics for agencies and creators to optimize ecosystem efficiency and revenue growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to lead partner workshops and ensure compliance with community guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in Business Development or Partner Management within the internet, media, or entertainment industries.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory to collaborate with local and global stakeholders.
- Mindset: Data-driven approach, ability to work under pressure, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
- Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of the LIVE streaming ecosystem and agency/MCN models is highly preferred.
