This is a unique opportunity for Electrical and Electronic Engineering graduates to work on complex, real-world energy projects while being supported by a world-class network of experts and mentors.

Program Overview: One Engineering

The One Engineering programme is a structured 3-year development journey designed to build technical depth and breadth of experience. It includes either two 18-month or three 12-month rotations, ensuring you gain a versatile skill set across different business entities.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will be at the heart of bp’s operations, ensuring that production facilities remain safe, reliable, and efficient. Your journey will include:

Operational Support: Supporting day-to-day electrical activities, troubleshooting, and maintenance of critical equipment like switchgear, transformers, motors, and UPS systems.
Technical Design: Assisting with Management of Change (MOC) activities and small-scale operational projects.
Incident Analysis: Contributing to Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFAs) as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Compliance & Standards: Reviewing electrical design philosophies and protection coordination studies in line with international standards (IEC, IEEE, etc.).

Qualifications & Requirements

Nationality: Open for Egyptian nationals only.
Education: Relevant Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Graduation Year: Eligible for 2023, 2024, and 2025 graduates.
Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 2.8.
Languages: Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
Military Status: Must provide a military service certificate or status document (for males).
Flexibility: Willingness to travel to remote areas for extended durations.
