Designed for the brightest minds of the 2024 and 2025 graduating classes, this 6-month intensive program offers a fast-track into the high-tech world of automotive innovation.

Available GIT Tracks for 2026:

1. Tech & Software Development

Full Stack Developer (AI focus): Work on the building blocks of AI frameworks using Python, FastAPI, and GenAI tools like LangChain.
Quality Assurance (QA): Support R&D project teams, review QA strategies, and identify gaps in software iterations.
IT Helpdesk: Provide level 1 & 2 support, managing core IT infrastructure (LANs, Servers) and security systems.

2. Data & Business Intelligence

Business Intelligence (BI): Clean and analyze large datasets, building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to track key business metrics.
Database (Valeo Service): Act as a product data expert, maintaining the Valeo product database and performing market analysis.

General Qualifications

Graduation Year: Must be a 2024 or 2025 graduate.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Electronics, Mechatronics), Computer Science, Business Administration, or HR depending on the track.
Languages: Excellent English and Arabic are mandatory. French is a strong advantage given Valeo's global roots.
