PwC Egypt is expanding its world-class Egypt Technology and Innovation Centre (ETIC) in Cairo, and they are now looking for the next generation of HR leaders. The Human Capital Graduate Program is a unique opportunity for fresh graduates to dive into the heart of talent identification, professional growth, and organizational success within a global consulting framework.
Program Overview
As part of the Human Capital team at the ETIC, you will focus on finding, training, and enabling top-tier talent. This role goes beyond traditional HR; you will be involved in strategizing effective ways to assess and educate employees in line with global market developments and firm strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding Excellence: Supporting new hire activities, preparing orientation materials, and conducting sessions to welcome new global talent.
- Leadership Support: Assisting in designing learning solutions and supporting coaching strategies for executives and leaders.
- Employee Engagement: Participating in initiatives and organizing events that foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Administrative Support: Providing essential support to the Human Capital team to drive organizational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse project teams.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, positive attitude, and a strong eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Knowledge: An interest in Adult Learning Theories, Organizational Psychology, and Leadership Development is a plus.
