Internship Overview

As an Operations Intern, you won't just be watching; you’ll be handling real operational challenges. You will play a critical role in driver acquisition, incentive management, and data analysis, contributing directly to DiDi’s success in the Egyptian market.

Key Responsibilities

Incentive Management: Designing, configuring, and monitoring driver incentives to align with business growth objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Assisting in tracking the effectiveness of major driver acquisition channels.
Payment Operations: Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of fund disbursements related to operational activities.
Data Analytics: Using Microsoft Excel (and potentially SQL) to generate actionable insights and improve project outcomes.
Cross-functional Support: Collaborating on the rollout of new features for the driver app and supporting offline acquisition workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
