Role Overview
As a People Services Executive, you will be the backbone of the employee experience. You will manage the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring every step is handled with compliance, accuracy, and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding transitions for all employees.
- Benefits Administration: Manage medical insurance (renewals, claims, and exceptions) and social insurance processes in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
- Documentation: Prepare and issue HR letters, employment contracts, renewals, and staff memos.
- Operations Support: Support payroll and finance teams with accurate employee data and documentation.
- Personnel Admin: Manage attendance, vacations, medical checkups, and certificates timely.
- Employee Support: Act as the first line of support for all employee queries, ensuring service excellence.
- System Maintenance: Keep HR systems updated with accurate and compliant records.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in HR operations or personnel administration.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and social insurance.
- Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and high attention to detail.
