The Strategic Role of L&D at Pyramisa

Key Responsibilities & Impact

• Training Strategy: Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training programs across various hotel departments.

• Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify performance development areas.
• Onboarding & Compliance: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires and ensure all compliance training is up to date.
• Succession Planning: Assist in developing talent pipelines and succession planning concepts to ensure long-term organizational growth.
• Effectiveness Measurement: Utilize an analytical mindset to measure the ROI and effectiveness of learning initiatives.

Candidate Profile: What Pyramisa Is Looking For

• Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated experience in Learning & Development, specifically within the hospitality industry.
