Key Responsibilities

Strategy Support: Work closely with the Growth Manager to develop onsite and CRM strategies.
Campaign Execution: Build, test, and execute campaigns using CRM tools, focusing on data workflow and segmentation.
Collaboration: Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to create impactful communications.
Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign impact and produce regular reports on performance and uplift.
Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on the application and the customer journey to ensure a seamless experience.
Alignment: Ensure that the CRM calendar is perfectly aligned with the overall campaign calendar.

Requirements:

Education: Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration or a similar field. (Recent graduates are also welcome to apply).
Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Mindset: Proactive, independent problem-solver, and a strong team player.
Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy, and multi-tasked environment.
