🧩 Departments & Responsibilities
🎬 Digital Media Department
- Prepare and deliver audio/video media content (ProTools, Final Cut, Adobe Suite)
- Manage Pro Tools sessions, subtitles, and closed captions
- Troubleshoot and review QC notes
- Continuously enhance workflows through research and innovation
💬 Localization Department
- Create English captions, SDH, templates, and transcripts
- Proofread subtitles to ensure sync and accuracy
- Maintain translation quality and style consistency
- Report bugs, suggest workflow improvements, and participate in training sessions
🤝 Client Operations Department
- Coordinate projects and manage communication with clients
- Track progress and handle project documentation
- Support project managers in delivery and reporting
- Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and deadlines
⚙️ Technical Operations Department
- Inspect and QC video, audio, and subtitle assets
- Verify compliance with client specs and report findings
- Update quality workflows and participate in troubleshooting
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables
👤 Eligibility
- Open to students and recent graduates in Media, Communication, IT, or related fields
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
