About the Role:
FAMA Group is hiring a Human Resources Executive to lead HR operations in Dubai.
You’ll manage recruitment, payroll, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
This role reports directly to the Managing Director and offers excellent career progression for ambitious HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, contracts, and personnel files.
- Process payroll and ensure full compliance with WPS and UAE Labour Law.
- Oversee visa applications, renewals, and MOHRE processes.
- Support performance appraisals, KPI tracking, and staff development.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy in reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of UAE-based HR experience.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and visa processing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (Bayzat, Zoho People, BambooHR, etc.).
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
