Samcrete Group is currently looking to hire a seasoned HR Business Partner to join its team at Pyramids Heights in 6th of October. The role is designed for experienced HR professionals who can drive strategic initiatives and partner effectively with the business.
Candidates should have 8+ years of experience across the full spectrum of HR functions, including:
- Talent Acquisition: Managing end-to-end hiring processes and workforce planning.
- Talent Management: Enhancing performance, capability growth, and succession planning.
- Learning & Development: Designing and implementing training programs that support organizational objectives.
- Organizational Development (OD): Supporting change management, culture development, and structure optimization.
- Total Rewards: Handling compensation, benefits, and retention strategies to ensure competitiveness.
