Kasrawy Group is looking for a Treasury Accountant to join its Finance Department in Cairo. In this role, you’ll be responsible for daily treasury operations, cash management, banking relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Cash Positioning: Monitor daily balances to ensure liquidity for operations.
- Cash Forecasting: Prepare short- and long-term forecasts to anticipate financial needs.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
- Payment Processing: Oversee wire transfers, ACH, and electronic payments.
- Treasury Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports including cash flow statements, debt schedules, and interest analysis.
- Month-End & Year-End Closing: Support treasury-related closing processes.
- Risk Management: Analyze impact of interest rate changes on loans/investments.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls and external banking regulations.
- Bank Relationship Management: Serve as key contact with banking partners.
- Account Administration: Assist with opening, closing, or modifying bank accounts.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline treasury workflows.
- Collaboration: Work with accounting and other departments on cash planning.
Who Can Apply (Eligibility)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance (corporate treasury preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cash management, banking operations, IFRS/Local GAAP.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), treasury systems, and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
