As part of our expansion in Libya, we are looking for a Senior Training Engineer to enhance our training programs and ensure our team meets international automotive standards.
Job Responsibilities – Senior Training Engineer
- Develop and review the annual training plan with the Training Manager according to brand guidelines.
- Deliver automotive technical training courses and soft skills workshops for key roles in Sales, Aftersales, and Technical departments.
- Create professional training materials, handouts, and conduct online/offline examinations.
- Organize the annual Sales & Aftersales skill competition as per OEM requirements.
- Monitor and report trainees’ progress, attendance, and training completion rates monthly.
- Conduct induction training programs for new hires.
- Provide sales training focusing on product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience in technical and sales training within the automotive sector.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales training and soft skills development.
- Preferably a Libyan citizen.
