We are hiring for our Fashion brand one of Elsewedy Industries Group, an Art Director to oversee and execute creative projects across various media. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design and a proven ability to create cohesive visual concepts while leading a creative team.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct the creative vision for multiple projects across print, digital, and experiential mediums, ensuring consistency with the brand’s overall aesthetic.
Design, create, and produce compelling visuals for web and mobile platforms, utilizing both 2D and 3D design tools.
Develop and execute motion graphics and video assets for online and social media content, maintaining the brand's visual language.
Work closely with the photography team to art direct photoshoots, ensuring the visual style aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.
Design retail posters, window displays, and other print marketing materials for in-store and online campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all visual assets align with seasonal campaigns and product launches.
Oversee design development, from concept to final execution, while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
Stay current on industry trends, design innovations, and creative tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in art direction with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise.
Previous experience working within fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a plus.
Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with 3D tools.
Strong experience with UI/UX design for websites and digital platforms.
Expertise in creating retail marketing assets, including print materials, window displays, and other promotional materials.
Exceptional creativity, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to bring innovative concepts to life.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead creative projects from start to finish.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
