Salary Range:
15k : 18K Net
Main Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, personal details, and employment history.
Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee status (promotions, transfers, terminations, etc.).
Manage employee files (both digital and physical) to ensure compliance with data protection.
Process and track contract renewals.
Collect, verify, and process payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, and deductions.
Manage leave records, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
Prepare and coordinate pre-employment documentation
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any relevant field.
5: 7 years of experience in personnel.
Excellent user of Microsoft Office (Excel).
Personnel Workshop is preferred.
