Operation Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit service centers to monitor, evaluate, and ensure the operations working properly.
- Manage ongoing projects, set action plans, and follow up on progress.
- Recommend activities to improve service operations.
- Improve quality through frequent examination, evaluation, and analysis of Service Centers KPIs to allocate performance trends and needed improvements.
- Review and analysis ofthe customer satisfaction index in order to enhance weak points affecting our customers.
- Participate and initiate KAIZEN activities that are geared toward improvement of service Centers overall performance.
- Liaison and coordinate with service departments to fine-tune their operations systems.
- Monitor daily operations to identify weak points, run gap analysis and identify areas for development.
- Carry out departmental initiatives projects by applying project management tools such as (Objective and scope setting, needed resources, stakeholders mapping, tracking of progress, and measurement of progress performance).
- Follow up on departmental ongoing tasks and with determined departments to ensure service centers supplies proper fulfillment.
Job Specification:
BSc in Mechanical Engineering
2-4 years of experience
Automotive Aftersales background is a Must
Excellent Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of (KAIZEN, 5S, Gap Analysis Techniques. etc.)
Strong Problem-Solving Skills
Presentation Skills
Deep knowledge and Understanding of Service KPIs
AS400, CRM
