Job Title: Office Manager
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
• Oversee and manage the Engineering Managing Director's schedule, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements are meticulously organized.
• Proactively prioritize and reschedule commitments as necessary to accommodate changing priorities and urgent matters.
Communication Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Engineering Managing Director, efficiently handling and prioritizing all communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
• Draft, proofread, and edit official documents and communications to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
Education:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
Experience:
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in office management or a secretarial role is essential.
• At least 1 year of experience working with C-suite executives is preferred.
• Demonstrated exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
