Kasrawy Group for Automotive is hiring for the following Position:
Warranty Manager - Citroen
Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Role
- Ensure processing of warranty complaints.
- Prepare reports and documentation.
- Ensure that customer warranty requirements are available and understood.
- Determine priorities of claims submission, follow up on their status and finalize them for customers.
- Cooperate with the reception and the workshop to work on the warranty claims correctly in terms of Content and complete all required data.
- Direct the reception and the workshop to the optimum procedures of reporting warranty cases to avoid declining of the claim.
- Update the reception and the workshop with any updates or recommendations announced by any brand regarding warranty procedures.
- Responsible for keeping and archiving all documents related to warranty cases and tolerance rates.
- Accountable for warranty-related spare parts in cooperation with the storekeeper.
- Follow up on warranty cases and any required corrections to address any issues.
- Responsible for responding to any warranty complaints.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Automotive Engineering
- Experience: 9 -12 Years of experience
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Very good command of English language
- Strong analytical ability
- Knowledge of vehicle components
- Strong numerical analysis skills and training required.
- Solid interpersonal verbal and written communication skills required.
