Oracle HCM Specialist vacancy - Fine Hygienic Holding
What You’ll Do:
- Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet business needs.
- Provide L1 and L2 technical support for Core HR, Absences, Talent Management, Compensation, ICP, ORC, and OTL.
- Troubleshoot system issues, document, and escalate unresolved problems.
- Collaborate with HR to implement quarterly system upgrades and patches.
- Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain reports, including OTBI and customized reports, to deliver actionable insights.
- Train end-users, create user guides, and assist with system navigation.
- Participate in project initiatives for HCM enhancements or new module implementations.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or a related field.
- Around 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM (Fusion, EBS) implementation and support.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, and OTBI.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absences, Talent Management, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
