Job Summary
The HR Admin Assistant supports the Human Resources department by performing administrative tasks,
managing daily HR operations, and assisting with recruitment, employee relations, and record-keeping.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, and a customer-focused attitude to
ensure smooth HR processes.
· Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Organize and file HR documents, including contracts, performance records, and compliance materials.
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as required.
Post job vacancies on various platforms and track applications.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.
Respond to employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Support the resolution of employee grievances under the supervision of the HR Manager.
Ensure HR activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
Monitor and maintain attendance and leave records.
Assist with audits and other compliance-related activities.
Handle general correspondence and communication on behalf of the HR department.
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
Maintain office supplies for the HR team.
· Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human
Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of administrative or HR-related experience.
· Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
