Xceed is a leading multilingual Business Process Outsourcing Service provider in the EMEA region is hiring: Call Center Agent
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in Qesm El Giza. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for providing customer service through inbound and outbound calls, handling back-office services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves using computer systems to support customers and interacting with them to resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Interpersonal Skills
Customer Satisfaction skills
Computer Literacy
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in a customer service role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
English level excellent B1
Bachelor's degree
