Edita is hiring HR Business Partner Senior Specialist
Job Purpose:
Oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the hiring of white & blue collars and ensure getting the right caliber in alignment with the job requirements.
2. Provide daily HR guidance and direction to hiring managers.
3. Participate in developing and creating effective Recruitment strategies, policies and procedures.
4. implement the on boarding & Induction Program.
5. Handling Operations & Personnel Tasks
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office suite
Experience: Minimum 2 Years of experience in a similar field.
Language: English language Fluency (Speaking, reading and writing).
Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM - 5 days per week.
