"Guest relations officer" to join our Team.
Responsibilities :
-Addressing all patients concerns and complaints.
-Collecting the patient feedback through the IPD discharge surveys.
-Collecting the patient feedback through OUT patient surveys.
-In charge of doing the post discharge curtesy calls.
-Oversee all high profile patients requirement during a daily round.
-Collaborate with other service providers for fulfill the patients’ requirements.
Requirements :
-Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
-1-3 years' experience
-Very good in both Arabic and English
-Excellent Communication skills
-Problem Solving Skills
-Customer Service experience is a must
