We are looking for someone seeking an opportunity to serve customers, handle cash, while maintaining an error-free service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute of all cash transactions.
- Provide customers with Operational requests & inquiries related to their transactions.
- Verify the customers' information to match with the system.
- Provide customers with courteous service at all times.
- Maintain an error-free service.
- Responsible for the end-of-shift cash sub-safe reconciliation with the main vault custodian.
Pre-requisites:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 0- 1 year of experience in Customer service.
- Proven ability to work with Microsoft Office.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Customer Focus skills.
- Military service certificate. (Completed /Exempted)
