#Service_Advisor ( Abo Rawash - Giza )
Job Description :
- Recommending upcoming periodical checks/maintenance to prospective customers by phone.
- Receiving/managing reservations.
- Greeting customers promptly & maintaining a good relationship with them.
- Follow and implement the #seven-step technique of reception.
- Confirming and updating information on customers’ vehicle files (creating files for new customers).
- Confirming and identifying the contents of customers’ needs.
- Confirming the workshop’s operational status stock confirmation of necessary parts, and instructions for arrangements.
- Price quotation using specified forms& ensures that the repair estimated cost and time are reasonable.
- Filling repair order sheets and processing.
- Confirming progress of activities, and contacting customers.
Qualifications:
- BSC. #Automotive or Mech. Engineering
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- #Service advising skills, customer care & complaint handling skills
