IDG-Industrial Development Group is hiring QA Senior Officer to join our teams
- Location: HQ, Zamalek - Cairo (visits to e2 October Park & e2 Alamein Park are required)
#Job_Purpose:
Create, develop, and monitor the company’s policies and procedures ensuring required process and standards are met and matching with the company’s vision and objectives, and maintaining quality management system regulations and compliance.
#Job_Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving excellence in Quality assurance, control of policies and processes capability to meet organization's Quality standards/objectives.
- Design, develop and implement policies, SOPs and Quality Control measures, ERP and Internal audit system.
- Conduct surveillance and reviews of the quality systems, including those of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans for Quality non-conformance/compliance cases.
- Periodic inspection of sites to check Quality status and minimize Wastage.
- Semi annual review of the designed SOPs, and adjustment if needed.
#Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant major
- 4 to 7 years in a relevant position (QA, QC, Compliance or Audit)
- Auditing & ISO certifications are advantages.
- Strong analytical skills and detailed accuracy.
- Ability to think creatively, take initiative, work collaboratively and independently.
- Conflict management and Stress tolerance.
