Spinneys Egypt is now hiring a “Trading Coordinator” with the following details:
Responsibilities:
· Review contracts before the final signature of the supplier to ensure that is match the department policy and company sales and profitability objectives.
· Collect all signed contracts from category/ senior category managers and submit them to Finance.
· Control the number of active suppliers on the system. Extract the report from the system and submit it to trading to perform clean-up on SKUs or validate the reported contracts.
· Ensure financial deductions from suppliers are implemented according to contracts’ terms and advise finance if any discrepancies.
· Prepare and present to management consolidated reports showing invoice margin, other income, discount percentage, rebates and all other factors within scope on a monthly and quarterly basis.
· Extract the cost of promotions on the system, review the profitability of promotions compared with store stock level and submit an analysis.
· Analyze the department budget on a quarterly and annual basis
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or any equivalent degree.
· At least one year of experience in the same position is essential.
· Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
· Intermediate command of English.
