Job Title: Senior Area Manager - Retail
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for assigned stores.
• Participate in Training and hiring store managers and employees.
• Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores.
Retail store staff
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
• Coach and mentor store managers to improve their performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and employees.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Maximum 2 years Proven Experience As a shop manager at Multinational Company
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years As An Area manager at a well-known brand
• Proven track record of success in driving sales and improving profitability.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
